Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dog Park Social. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

To keep the community friendly and safe, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or their dogs.
• Post false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse engineer parts of the service you are not authorized to use.

You own the content you add, including dog profiles, photos, and messages. By posting it, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content so the app can function and show it to the friends you approve.

You are responsible for the content you share, and you agree not to post anything that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

Dog Park Social offers optional Premium plans:

• Plans include a monthly option, an annual pass, and a lifetime membership. New members start with a free trial.
• Subscriptions purchased on mobile are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Web purchases are processed by our payment providers.
• Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand.
• You can cancel any time through your device subscription settings or the in-app settings. Refunds are handled according to the policy of the store where you bought the plan.

Dog Park Social helps you coordinate visits, but it does not screen or verify users, and we are not responsible for interactions that happen in person.

You are solely responsible for your own safety, the behavior and supervision of your dog, and compliance with local park rules and leash laws. Please use good judgment and meet in public spaces.

The Dog Park Social name, logo, app, and design are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

The app relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Maps, RevenueCat, and Stripe. Your use of those features may also be subject to the providers' own terms.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error free, or that it will meet your every expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dog Park Social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interactions with other users or their dogs.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dog Park Social operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
